Polyurethane Ceramic Liners
This liner is made by combining the high-quality properties of urethane with ceramic with excellent wear resistance.
Lautec's technology has been used to solve the problem of ceramics falling off in liners combined with existing rubber, by combining them more firmly with urethane, preventing ceramics from falling off and cracking, and achieving excellent noise reduction effects.
Unlike the rubber used in existing liners, the use of urethane improves the anti-seizing effect and makes maintenance such as assembly and replacement easier.

Lautec's UHMW-PE liner is a flame retardant grade V-0 ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (PE) product with a molecular weight of 9 million.
