Hybrid Impact Beds
Lautec's Impact Bed is a patented product designed to protect various systems, such as conveyor belts, from damage caused by the impact of heavy objects falling from above.
Impact Bar -25mm thick V-0 grade impact bar, the highest flame retardant containing 9 million ultra-high molecular weight, provides more than twice the lifespan of existing 8mm thick impact bars.
Shock Absorption - The frame is designed to be strong and sturdy and is manufactured to withstand the impact of heavy objects.
Modular design - Impact beds can be manufactured depending on the impact range of the raw material.
The impact bar is a globally standard product and is compatible with all impact bed systems.
The flame retardant grade of impact bar UHMW-PE can be selected.

The higher molecular weight of UHMW-PE (ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene) has very high impact resistance, low coefficient of friction, and good self-lubrication, which not only increases wear life but also saves energy. Currently, it is widely used as sliding blocks and lining materials.
